Legendary Homes buys an existing property - a home or a lot - directly from a homeowner with cash on their requested date. We purchase the home or lot and do a gut remodel of the current home or do a complete teardown and build a new home. Legendary Homes buys in "teardown" and in-fill areas in Cincinnati's best neighborhoods. Some of our building areas include Indian Hill, Montgomery, Sycamore Township, Kenwood, Mt. Lookout, Oakley, Madeira, Mariemont, and Hyde Park.
Once the land or the home is under contract, we start to design a home that fits within the surrounding area. Our years of expertise and design experience at Legendary Homes allows us to create the most beautiful home possible. Once plans are perfected. design selections are made for the home. A "Selection Board" is created for buyers to showcase the design elements that will be incorporated into the home.
Once Legendary Homes completes the selection and design process, the building of the home begins. We build based on our "Legendary Portfolio Homes" meaning that we have control over the entire process.
