Teardown lots in established Cincinnati neighborhoods allow us to create new construction homes in locations where available land is often limited. By evaluating the property, its surroundings and its potential, we can determine whether a new home is the right fit for that particular location.
Once we acquire a property, we study the lot and its surroundings before determining what we will build. Rather than starting with a buyer's list of requests, we ask a different question:
What is the best home we can create for this particular property?
